This is a service for a digital product. No physical product will be shipped to you.
All commissions are priced for personal use only. Commercial License will cost extra, depending on scope of project. Commercial use without purchasing this license is strictly prohibited.
I hold no commercial rights to your commission. However, I may use your commission for promotion of my services, do tell me if you'd like it to be kept private before work begins.
Use of my commissioned work for blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to; NFTs, cryptocurrencies, etc is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
Use of my commissioned work for AI training, and any AI-related technologies is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
Visual references are needed. Otherwise character design fees will be incurred.
The size of the commission will be in 300dpi and usually range between 2500px~3500px. Feel free to request specific format!

REFUND POLICY
Partial refund is available at the sketch stage. I will take 25% of the total price for my time, which is capped out at $60. Refund is not available after sketch is approved.

REVISION POLICY
2 major revisions are available during the sketch stage. Minor revisions to a reasonable degree is available thereafter, but anything not mentioned in the order form and/or discussions is subject to further revision fee.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Fill and submit order form.
I will contact you within 48 hours to confirm/discuss.
Once details and pricing are agreed upon, I will send you a PayPal invoice.
2-step payment for orders above $100 are available
**I will not start any work before payment
I send you a sketch. You can approve, request changes (up to 2 times free), or request partial refund.
Once you approve, I will proceed into completing the commission. Weekly updates are given.
Once finished, I will send the high-res PNG and web-friendly JPG to your email.
If you are unsatisfied with your final product, please feel free to contact me so we can discuss it further. Your satisfaction is very important to me, but I ask for your understanding that I cannot afford to be cheated for free work as well. If it is my fault, or if it is just one small change, I will gladly do it! Otherwise, I may have to incur extra charges.
